Welcome to Team Jungle’s customized online apparel sales solution. The CLAWS program is designed to make it easy for organizations to provide quality, great looking gear and goods and raise money for the program in the process.
Fundraising can sometimes be an expensive, hassle-filled project and we understand that. It is our mission to decrease the time and energy typically involved in that process. We believe faculty, coaches, and volunteers should be able to spend more time helping their members and less time working a second job. As a result, we have created a program that can produce profits instead of losses and we are providing it to you for FREE!
How it works:
The CLAWS program is a web-store solution that operates on a limited time basis only. Customers are given a specific time frame to buy goods online, after which all goods are produced and shipped for a specific date. Normally this process consists of two weeks of order taking, two weeks of production, and 2 - 3 days for delivery. Once the store have been created, they can be re-opened at various times of the year at the click of a button.
Step 1: Design and Construction
Together we pick out products and artwork that students, players, family, friends, fans, teachers, and coaches would be excited to wear. Jungle will then take those custom choices and design and publish a web-store that has a classy custom look and is easy to use. The name of the site it also up to you, depending on availability, so get creative.
The main goal of the web-store is to get some customized apparel out to fans and friends and raise funds at the same time. During the design process, Team Jungle will provide you a maximum cost of goods and it is then up to you to set the prices of each item to maximize profit and store success.
*Web-store sales average $2800.00 to $4200.00 but if total sales of the web-store do not exceed $1200.00, all profits will go to covering the costs for the construction and maintenance of the website. Price breaks will be given with pieces that exceed 36 units ordered. What this means... the more you sell, the more funds you raise!
And finally, the best part about this program...we don’t charge you anything to set this up. It’s FREE!!!!!!!
Step 2: Marketing - SPREAD THE WORD!!!
This is the only thing you have to worry about now. The most successful web-stores are well publicized. We will happily provide an email campaign and backpack fliers if needed. Just let us know how we can help you get the word out.
*The email campaign contains 4 different strategically timed emails. (Pre-Launch, Launch, ½ way point and 48 hours left)
Step 3: Production and Delivery
After the store close date, we will produce all the orders at the same time and then ship them individually to each customer. As soon as we send the last package out, we cut a check to your organization for the profits that you have earned.
*Stores are normally open for 10-20 days. Production and shipping time is normally 2-3 weeks.

1st: Fundraising

2nd: Uniform Distribution
The CLAWS program can become your one stop shop for uniform production and distribution. After deciding on the best uniform for your organization, we will offer it on your custom web-store for players to purchase before the season starts. We collect all the sizes and payments and produce each item in-house. Once they are completed they are shipped directly to each customer. Your volunteers are no longer required to tabulate sizes and collect payment. That’s our job now.
3rd: Hard Goods/Equipment Sale
We always like to reward and thank our customers for their support. One way we are able to do that is through great deals on equipment. We can offer stock items or great custom and package deals. Treat this like your own retail store and set it up to with everything the organization could need.
